I'm a QA engineer based in Toronto with sixteen years in the field — seven of them at Flipp as a Staff SET, plus a run managing a test engineering team at League Inc. I've written the test code, built the frameworks, and hired the engineers who'd inherit them.

QAID is the product of that experience — the platform I kept wishing existed at every stop. One that generates tests without hand-writing code — click through your site or describe what you want through Claude — heals itself when the UI shifts, and tells you fast whether a failure is a real bug or just noise.
